    Delicious Food, Yummy!

Served in a 16-ounce pint glass. Cloudy and dirty-peach-colored, topped with a thick, frothy, creamy foam head with great retention and stick, thanks to the hops. Spicy, floral hop aroma with sweetish pale malts beneath. Near full-bodied, incredibly smooth on the palate, creamy and silky. Sharpish citric snap up front, with notes of grapefruit, lime and lemon; deep floral notes as well.

A tad resinous, a little piney, especially in the hop finish, which is puckering and drying. Sweet, bready malts with some fruitiness and a doughy yeast toward the end. Lingering hop spiciness and yeast in the finish. Very moreish and bone dry when the last sip fades away.

    Quite the Colorful Attire

    Quite the Colorful Attire

A blonde ale fermented with a special strain of yeast, then aged in French oak chardonnay barrels. Flavors of wine and oak absorb into the brew throughout twelve months of aging. During this aging process, a secondary fermentation occurs using a yeast strain disliked by most brewers and winemakers called Brettanomyces.

Delicate, crisp, and refreshing, this wit makes for a fantastic lawnmower beer, and the perfect refreshment after a day in the mountains. Pale straw in color with a fluffy white head. A distinct bready aroma from the unmalted wheat and Belgian yeast. Lightly sweet, a touch of fruity esters, and just a hint of orange and coriander, with a dry and slightly tart finish. Yes please may I have some more.

    A Trip To My Vineyard

A massive, fizzing, dense coffee-colored head rises from the pour and settles to a foam lace. Deep, rich, nearly opaque black, with ruby hues around the edges. Soft but distinct fresh coffee grounds in the nose, along with chocolate and roasted notes. Smooth, firm and even in the mouth, and not too heavy. Quite acrid up front, with a mouthful of roasted astringency, char, a sharp and semi-sour bite and a weakish watery hop flavor of the rind-like citrus variety just beneath the sourness. Minimal sweetness provides little balance, and allows the dryness of the beer to dominate. Smoky undertones. Bone-dry finish with residual roasted, stale-ish coffee grounds and acrid flavors lingering, not overly pleasant, too tannic-like.

The beer pours dark brown, near black, with ruby hues. Tan foamy head with a decent amount of clingy lace. Loads of complex roasted and smoked aromas, pear, grain and husk beneath. Smooth and creamy on the palate. Medium body, with a nice malty base. Light fruity grape flavors add some nice balance to accented smokiness. Pear-like flavors and feel. Bitterness is balanced and allows the Weyermann rauch and chocolate wheat malts to flex. Nice hints of chocolate smooth things together quite nicely. A raw leafy character leaves a tannin feel on the palate, along with some smoky husks. Slightly dry finish with smoky lingers.

    Statue Of Liberty

Ordered by the pint, the orange-colored beer shimmers with deep red and brown hues, and is topped with a healthy lace. The nose offers a very soft, mixed bag of spices and faint notes of pumpkin meat beneath some maltiness. The aroma is delicate at first, opening up as the beer warms. Carbonation is tight on the palate, a bit sharp. More soft and powdery spices emerge, reminiscent of the holidays.

    Beautiful Cliffs

    Beautiful Cliffs

Pours smooth and creamy into the glass. The beer is an opaque and murky straw-amber color, topped with a thick and creamy foam head. Lacing is nice, with some glass-clinging action going on, and more than ample head retention. What’s odd about the appearance is the amount of yeast in suspension. Even when chilled for days, the yeast is still hanging in there, when typically it would settle. Something is keeping it floating around, and it aint Mother Nature.
